(this is from a photographer who did a wedding without the services of Five Star Events?
... the ceremony was in a conference room at the Delta with absolutely no decorations. The ceremony photos look
like 6 people standing in a conference room, one of them happens to be in a white dress.
I actually had to make the announcement for people to take their seats and tell them the ceremony was going to
start. Then I had to ask (the groom's) dad to make the same announcement for the reception.
Oh, I forgot....they had a nice layered display of a bunch of cupcakes and (the groom's) family started helping
themselves to them and taking them home before I could get any shots of (the bride and groom) in the
traditional 'cutting cake' pose. I was stopping groups at the door and making them put them back so we
could do the picture.
I needed Pam there to maintain some control!
